How It Works
Head ore flows through a channel and across several detectors in series.
Once the metal is detected, an electrical signal triggers the actuation of the detector, dumping the metal to a lower channel.
Each progressively lower channel has a greater sensitivity for increased precision with smaller particle sizes. Refinement continues from level to level.
Finally the separated metal is sluiced out of the bottom of the machine into a secure collection system.
The remaining waste material flows over the detector rollers and out to the tailing storage facility.

The Separator process has a closed water reticulation circuit using a very small amount of water
No chemicals are used in this process making the Separator technology environmentally benign
Adaptable to any terrain and climate zone. The Separator can be powered by a 1.5kW solar panel and set up anywhere
95% recovery efficiency from head ore in a single pass of the +0.2 mm selector. Expected 99% recovery with additional selectors for sub 0.2 mm particles
